Bon Appetite Tea

Ingredients:

Hyssop leaves and flowers, Lemon Balm leaves, Ginger Root, Rosehips, Chamomile Flowers and Thyme leaves.

Directions:

Take 1-2 tablespoons of the tea blend and steep in 1-2 cups of hot water. Cover for 10-15 minutes, strain through fine mesh and enjoy warm after meals.
