Dream Soak

Relax and Rest into a soothing therapeutic bath for sweet deep sleep.

Ingredients:

Epsom Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Chamomile Flower, Hypericum Olive Oil, German Chamomile EO, Lavender EO

Directions:

Add 1/2 cup - 1 cup of dream soak bath to warm running water. Soak for 20-30 minutes or until you turn into a prune :) Rest and hydrate after or fall into deep dreamy sleep.  Use 2-3 x per week or to your heart's desire.  Topical use only please! 

If you don't have a bath tub... this is also a glorious foot bath.
