Grapefruit Essential Oil

About: Grapefruit essential oil has a bright, citrus-sweet aroma that is uplifting and purifying. Diffusing this oil promotes clean, fresh air, while a couple drops in your cleaning products can aid in keeping surfaces clean. The oil may also promote circulation and the appearance of tighter, smoother skin when applied in a salt scrub or with dry brushing. Always dilute at less than 1% for topical use to avoid a photosensitive reaction.  

Blending Recommendations: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Clove, Coriander, Cypress, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Fennel, Frankincense, Rose Geranium, Ginger, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Sweet Lime, Mandarin, May Chang, Myrrh, Neroli, Sweet Orange, Patchouli, Peppermint, Petitgrain, Rose Otto, Rosemary Cineole, Rosemary Verbenone, Sandalwood, Spearmint, Vetiver, Wintergreen, Yarrow, Ylang Ylang.

Safety Information: Phototoxic: avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours after topical application. Always dilute.

Maximum Adult Dilution: 1%; 9 drops per ounce of carrier oil (to avoid photosensitive reactions).

Shelf Life: 2-3 years

Storage: Store upright, cap closed, out of direct heat and sunlight. Refrigerate for extended shelf life.
